Tony Angeles started working as Finance Director with YWCA of Glendale in June 2007.
He has a degree in BSBA major in Accounting at the Philippine School of Business Administration. He holds a master’s degree in Public Management from the Development Academy of the Philippines.
He was a CPA in the Philippines before he migrated to USA in July 1999. Since then, he has worked as an Accountant/Controller for private companies in San Diego and Los Angeles. His most recent post prior to joining YWCA was as Vice President for Treasury at Panda Software, Inc., a multinational company that manufactures and sells computer antivirus software.
Aside from accounting, Tony also finished a 4-semester CISCO networking course. He knows database programming which is put into good use in exporting and summarizing accounting records and reports in Excel.
When not in the office, Tony goes to the gym for swimming and workout and loves the game of bowling.
For him, being average is not enough and striving to be better is the way to succeed.
