Conference Room and a Banquet Room Available to Rent
The conference room (Redwood Room) seats up to 40 people and costs $60 per hour along with a refundable security deposit. Rates are negotiable if you rent the room on a repeat basis. The room can be set up conference or classroom style. There is a white board in the room and DVD/VCR/TV set-up is available upon request.
Our large banquet room (Regency Hall) seats up to 150 people and is available for only $800 per evening. The hall has beautiful hardwood floors, a stage, podium, and lovely stained glass windows. We provide tables and chairs and use of the refrigerator, upon request.

$400 refundable deposit (if no damages)
$150 set-up and clean-up fee
$50 if parking (optional)
$20 per hour for a security guard
