YWCA of Glendale was founded on the idea of helping those in need. Since our organization was established, we have strived to provide help where the need is greatest.

We advocate for those who need our help. Even a little help goes a long way.

Ani is an attorney engaged exclusively in the practice of Family Law and has lived in Glendale, with her three children, for over 22 years.

Julie A. Howard, M.D. - Board Member

Dr. Julie A. Howard is a family doctor who practices and teaches resident physicians at the Family Medicine Center in Glendale. Although she has only lived in the area for 5 years, Dr. Howard has been actively promoting women's empowerment ever since college and her first Take Back the Night march.

Kim Milstien - Board Member

Serves as vice president of Business Development for Glendale Adventist Medical Center, a 515-bed tertiary care hospital. In her current role, Milstien leads the Medical Center's business development, strategic planning, physician recruitment, physician relations/sales, and marketing and communications functions.
