YWCA Glendale depends on in-kind donations of items that are vital to the operation of our Sunrise Village Emergency Shelter and Domestic Violence Service Center. Our clients often come to us with very few personal belongings or resources. The community has been very generous in donating these items and we feel incredibly grateful. The following guidelines aim to make the best use of our limited storage space, limited availability of staff to handle these donations and to ensure that donated items are put to their best use.

Please remember that empowerment and dignity are keys to recovery for our clients. For this reason, we ask that all in-kind donations meet the guidelines listed below. Thank you for your understanding and support!
